About the Practice

Santos Rivera Advisory was founded on a specific premise: that the most consequential decisions leaders face are rarely about information. They are about clarity. About seeing a system accurately, its power dynamics, its hidden pressures, its competing accountabilities, before choosing a direction.

The practice exists to provide that clarity.

How the Work Operates

Engagements are structured, time-bound, and high-trust. The practice operates through three advisory modes:

Strategic Diagnosis is for leaders and institutions that need to understand what is actually happening in their system before acting.

Decision Advisory is for leaders facing a specific consequential decision who need an independent, grounded outside perspective.

Transitional Guidance is for organizations moving through a shift in leadership, structure, or direction who need sustained advisory support to navigate it with integrity.

This is not consulting. It is not coaching. It is not a training program. Inquiries are by introduction or direct contact.
